CONSTRUCTION CONTROL We are looking for an Engineer or Architect for construction control, to work in coordination with site supervisors. Functions: · Control of the execution of works · Supervision of assigned works · Estimations. · Measurement control · In coordination with site supervisors, prepare the generators · Adapt the project to the needs of the work · Control of extras · Prepare budgets · Prepare work progress reports Requirements: · Proven experience in construction control, costs, and budgeting. · Valid driver's license. · Analytical skills. · Numerical ability. · Sense of urgency.
