Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. **Primary Job Objective:** * Ensure compliance with local quality assurance requirements, as well as sanitary regulatory requirements for warehouses, corporate policy requirements, and certification standards; maintain an up-to-date quality management system for finished product warehouse and distribution processes. **Responsibilities:** * Foster a culture of regulatory compliance and ethical business practices within the organization. * Drive implementation of the Ethics and Compliance Program, and prevent, detect, and correct violations of law, Baxter policies, and the Code of Conduct. * Implement the Baxter Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures—including, but not limited to, the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy—and support related processes, including employee onboarding and training. * Identify Baxter’s compliance and legal risks in the country/cluster. * Understand sanitary regulations, corporate policies, and internal procedures; update current processes and issue recommendations to comply with applicable regulations; revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with compliance improvements. * Track complaints, protocols, non-conformities, audit findings, and change controls. **Accountabilities:** * Coordinate staff training and qualification for warehouse and distribution functions; contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse and distribution processes. * Monitor compliance with Local Sanitary Regulations (COFEPRIS), regulations of countries to which products are exported, international standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485, and corporate requirements. **Education (Production unit (blending) and Quality unit leaders must be professionals in pharmaceutical, chemical, and/or biological fields):** * Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration Degree **Experience:** * 2–3 years of experience in logistics and distribution in similar roles. **Knowledge:** * Inventory process storage; knowledge of sanitary regulations and protocol processes. * Basic knowledge of parcel delivery services. **Competencies:** * Comfort with ambiguity * Motivation and development of others * Collaboration and teamwork * Critical thinking and problem solving **Attributes:** * Integrity and trust * Work ethic * Courage and conviction * Sound judgment **Values:** * Enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement * Personal accountability for results and integrity * Respect for people and diverse contributions from all individuals * Relentless focus on rapid, disciplined action **Reasonable Accommodation** Vantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
