At ENAT INTERNATIONAL, we are looking for an experienced **Boiler Operator / Stoker** to operate, supervise, and maintain industrial boiler systems. This position is key to ensuring the proper functioning of our thermal processes and steam generation, complying with safety and energy efficiency standards. **Responsibilities:** * Operate boilers safely and efficiently according to established procedures. * Perform ignition, monitoring, and shutdown of combustion equipment (burners, burners, valves, etc.). * Check pressure, temperature, water, and fuel levels. * Record operational data in logs or electronic systems. * Carry out basic preventive maintenance and report failures or anomalies. * Monitor fuel consumption and make adjustments to optimize performance. * Comply with industrial safety, environmental, and quality regulations. * Coordinate with the maintenance department in case of major repairs. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school or technical degree in maintenance, mechanics, electricity, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience operating industrial boilers (gas, diesel, or biomass). * Knowledge of steam systems, pumps, valves, and basic instrumentation operation. * Boiler operator certification or license desirable (according to local legislation). * Availability to work shifts and weekends if required. * Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory and additional benefits * Job stability * Continuous training * Good working environment Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
