We are seeking a **Technical Support Engineer** for **Seguritech Privada Capital Humano**, headquartered in **León, Guanajuato**. This position focuses on **technological infrastructure and specialized system support**. **Key Responsibilities** * Responsible for ensuring the operationality, availability, and continuity of the organization’s computer systems, networks, equipment, and technological services. * Primary function is to provide advanced-level technical support, diagnose and resolve incidents, and carry out preventive and infrastructure improvement tasks. **Professional Profile** **Academic Background** * Engineering degree (currently completing or completed) in **Information Technologies, Systems, or related fields**. **Minimum 2 years of experience** * VoIP: Asterisk / Issabel / FreePBX, SIP, RTP, IAX2, routes, trunks, codecs, QoS, packet capture and analysis using ngrep, tcpdump, Wireshark. * Network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLAN, VPN; diagnostics using ping, traceroute, nmap, SNMP. * Servers: Linux (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu), Windows Server. * Services: Apache / Nginx, MySQL / MariaDB. * Virtualization: VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V. * Storage: NAS, SAN, ext4, xfs, NTFS. * Network and log analysis: Zabbix, IMC, Syslog, journalctl, event correlation and root cause analysis. **Languages and Certifications** * Basic English (ability to read technical manuals). * DC-3 certification for working at heights. (Desirable but not mandatory) **Competencies and Skills** * Clear communication and user orientation. * Technical analysis and diagnosis. * Accurate documentation and incident tracking. * Working under pressure and task prioritization. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. * Service-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **Position Conditions** * **Driver’s License:** Standard automobile license. * **Location:** On-site in León, Guanajuato. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; availability for on-call duties and after-hours support (with additional pay for Sundays). * **Start Date:** Immediate. **Additional Requirements** * Willingness to travel within the state. * Occasional work at heights.
