**Job Description.** A company in the **residential construction and urban development sector** is seeking a **Construction Site Supervisor** with proven experience in execution, control, and monitoring of urban development projects. The objective of this position is to **ensure compliance with project progress, quality, and safety**, coordinating operational staff, contractors, and material resources according to technical drawings and specifications. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise urban development works for residential buildings. * Verify correct execution of work according to drawings, standards, specifications, and expected quality. * Review execution schedule. * Coordinate field personnel, contractors, and suppliers. * Monitor physical progress and cost estimates of the project. * Track project schedules and report incidents. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. **Requirements:** * Education: **Civil Engineering degree.** * **Minimum of 2 years' experience** in similar roles within urban development or mass housing construction. * Knowledge in reading blueprints, site supervision, cost estimation, and contractor management. * Proficiency in basic control tools (Excel, AutoCAD desirable). * Valid driver's license and availability to travel to job sites.
