**Responsibilities**
Serve as internal auditor and manage the audit system conducted by certification bodies or customers
Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate negative trends
Ensure HACCP plans are reviewed and updated as appropriate
Investigate and mitigate complaints related to product safety
Lead quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with other departments (including DPPM and incident rate)
Ensure compliance with food safety, customer, and regulatory requirements
Lead problem-solving initiatives, Root Cause Analysis, and Countermeasure (RCCM) activities
Participate in CIA audits and manage the customer complaint process
Manage the Product Safety platform at the local level
Responsible for GFSI certification (via IFS PacSecure or equivalent)
Ensure employee and contractor training on product safety procedures
Provide support on quality matters, data collection, and information sharing with customers
Participate in new product meetings and oversee the testing process
Conduct root cause analysis for non-conforming products
