Coordination of audits, corrective actions, and contingency plans IDT AMERICA is seeking a Quality Coordinator with experience in the automotive sector and plastic injection. Responsibilities: * Implement quality strategies focused on regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction * Develop and monitor the quality PPAP plan for continuous improvement of processes and products * Coordinate audits, improvement plans, corrective actions, and contingency plans * Negotiate with customers and suppliers to ensure product conformity * Support company personnel in complying with the quality management system * Act as a key figure in environmental or safety risk situations, halting processes if necessary Requirements: * Experience in the automotive sector, plastic injection, and quality * Knowledge of core tools, IATF, VDA 6.3, and PPAP * Engineering degree or related field We Offer: * Competitive bi-weekly salary * Career and life development plan * Ongoing training * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday * Work location: Parque Piel León, Gto Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
