We are seeking an OPERATIONS COORDINATOR. **Location**: Irapuato, Gto. **Position Type**: Full-time **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Job Description** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company’s transportation operations, ensuring service quality, vehicle safety, and compliance with routes, schedules, and commitments established with clients. Implement operational structures and processes enabling efficient operations, as well as respond promptly and professionally to unforeseen events, optimizing resources and ensuring achievement of organizational objectives. **Responsibilities** · Coordinate and supervise daily transportation service operations. · Supervise proper assignment of drivers and vehicles to each route. · Verify compliance with itineraries, schedules, and service conditions. · Respond to and immediately follow up on operational emergencies (accidents, driver shortages, customer conflicts). · Monitor daily status of each vehicle via GPS platform. · Review fuel consumption per vehicle and determine improvement actions. · Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance jointly with suppliers. · Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal operational requirements. · Verify that permits, insurance policies, inspections, registrations, and other documents required for proper vehicle operation remain current, maintaining updated files for each vehicle. · Follow up on accident reports, vehicle damage, and other incidents occurring during operations, supporting supervisors and drivers throughout the process and ensuring closure and resolution of each incident. · Provide periodic feedback to staff under supervision and implement disciplinary actions when necessary. · Generate operational reports for General Management and propose improvement strategies. · Conduct vehicle handover and receipt during additions and removals, as well as driver onboarding and offboarding. **Requirements** · Education: Minimum: Completed Bachelor’s degree · Experience: 1\-2 years related to transportation route logistics · Valid driver’s license · Knowledge of the personnel transportation industry · Schedule flexibility · Excellent service attitude and sense of responsibility · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite · Personal vehicle required **We Offer** \- Competitive salary: $18,000 MXN monthly \- Fuel allowance \- Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) \- Job stability \- Positive work environment \- Continuous training **How to Apply** Interested candidates should send their CV via WhatsApp to 462 178 4467 Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Company-provided phone Work Location: On-site employment
