Description
**Position Purpose**
Ensure the proper execution of Human Resources processes, providing support and assistance to employees and leaders regarding recruitment, personnel administration, incidents, labor relations, internal communication, and compliance with internal policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Recruitment and selection** for operational and administrative positions
* **Onboarding, integration, and offboarding of personnel**.
* Manage employment documentation, personnel files, contracts, and internal transfers.
* Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, internal policies, and HR processes.
* Monitor incidents, absenteeism, vacations, leave requests, and administrative personnel control.
* Prepare and process payroll.
* Generate HR reports, metrics, and databases.
* Maintain ongoing communication with department leaders to ensure timely follow-up on personnel needs.
* Calculate severance payments
* Ratify agreements at labor conciliation centers
**Required Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
* Minimum of **4 to 8 years** of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Analyst, or in a similar position.
* Experience in recruitment, personnel administration, basic labor relations, and employee support.
* General knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, employment contracts, personnel files, and incidents.
* Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools.
* Preferred experience in companies with on-site operations in the footwear and/or cowboy boot manufacturing industry
Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month
