Proficiency in preferred payroll systems such as CONTPAQi, Aspel, and TRESS. ### **Job Objective** Coordinate and execute the process of **implementing new clients into the payroll administration service**, ensuring correct system configuration, validation of employment information, and compliance with tax and labor processes, thereby guaranteeing an orderly transition to regular operations. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Coordinate the **payroll implementation process for new clients**. * Collect, validate, and structure employee information (hiring data, salaries, benefits, incidents, etc.). * Configure payroll structures in the system (earnings, deductions, pay schedules). * Conduct **payroll calculation tests** prior to commencing operations. * Ensure compliance with applicable **tax and labor regulations** related to payroll. * Coordinate with **sales, operations, tax, and technology departments**. * Train clients on incident reporting procedures and service usage. * Document processes and develop operational manuals for each client. * Monitor and follow up on incidents during service launch. * Ensure smooth handover of operations to the operational payroll team. **Required Experience** ------------------------- * 3–5 years of experience in: * Payroll administration * Payroll system implementation * Payroll outsourcing or contract manufacturing services * Experience managing **multiple clients** * Experience in **payroll process migration or go-live activities** **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------- * Mexican labor legislation * Federal Labor Law * IMSS, INFONAVIT, and salary income tax (ISR) * Payroll stamping (timbrado) * SUA / IDSE * Payroll CFDI * Advanced Excel proficiency **Preferred Payroll Systems** -------------------------------- Experience with one or more of the following: * **CONTPAQi Nóminas** * **Aspel NOI** * **TRESS** * **Meta4** * **Workday / SAP (preferred)** **Key Skills** --------------------- * Process organization and control * Corporate client service orientation * Analytical thinking * Project management * Cross-departmental communication * Problem-solving **Academic Background** -------------------- Bachelor’s degree in: * Public Accounting * Business Administration * Finance * Industrial Relations
