Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Assistant to monitor units, track operators, report incidents, and update information in systems. Key Highlights: 1. Constant communication with operators, customers, and internal departments We are looking for a Monitoring Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting unit monitoring, timely tracking of operator status, reporting operational incidents, and updating and recording information on monitoring platforms and systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Real-time monitoring of assigned units and services * Timely tracking of operational status in real time * Immediate reporting of operational incidents * Constant communication with operators, customers, and internal departments * Updating and recording of information on monitoring platforms and systems * Preparation of operational reports and shift handover logs, as well as requests for operational expenses * Support for 24/7 operational coverage as required by operational needs Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics monitoring, traffic, transportation, or operational tracking * Experience with GPS tracking and monitoring platforms * Handling of incidents and real-time operational support This is an on-site position, requiring regular attendance at our facilities during standard working hours.
