Job Summary: Implement and define production processes, ensuring product productivity, quality, and cost, with a focus on leadership and technical footwear expertise. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for product quality and productivity PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: IMPLEMENT AND DEFINE PRODUCTION PROCESSES TO ENSURE PRODUCTIVITY, QUALITY, AND COST OF THE PRODUCT. REQUIRED GENERAL SKILLS: Leadership Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Analytical ability Negotiation Willingness Creativity Impartiality Character Analytical thinking REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: 1) Footwear processes 2) In-depth knowledge of leathers 3) Knowledge of materials 4) Proficiency in technical specifications and process manuals 5) Knowledge of CorelDRAW 6) ERP system knowledge 7) Knowledge of various construction processes RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Implementation of new product lines 2. Validation of fit tests 3. Definition of product manufacturing processes 4. Development of production manuals 5. Processing and delivery of confirmation samples for new products to Quality Assurance 6. Ensuring the tooling process 7. Delivery of Teflon tooling, wayper, matrices, dies, and accessories for eyelets or shoelaces 8. Defining and ensuring the adhesive bonding process at 40 kg as standard 9. Creating and delivering POEs (Process Operation Instructions) for critical operations 10.
