Job stability and career growth At Grupo Castores, we seek your talent as a 'Data Analyst for Documentation' in the Information Technology area Required Experience: - Process and system analysis - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. - Programming knowledge. - Proficiency with modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, and flowcharts. - Experience in designing and optimizing enterprise processes supported by technology. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to document and present technical solutions. - Interface prototyping. - Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (desirable). Responsibilities - Project management focused on process and system analysis and improvement. - Optimization of structures and functions within IT departments. - Process definition and documentation. - Creation of flowcharts and process and system manuals. - Conducting training sessions for process and system implementation. - Holding periodic project progress meetings.
