Participates in 3D printing activities for prototype components. \\Job Description\\\Collaborating in innovation challenges, interacting with industry leaders, attending cross-functional networking events, and volunteering for community service activities.\\\\\\On-Site:\\\ This position requires full-time, in-person attendance at the site.\\\\\\Reports To:\\\ Provides support to the team in implementing projects on the engine plant’s production line, assisting Manufacturing Engineers with technical and administrative tasks, contributing to documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of assembly processes, as well as coordinating with suppliers and executing tasks necessary to ensure proper project development on the production floor.\\\\\Key Responsibilities: \\\\\\Support the implementation of assembly projects at the engine plant.\\\\Develop and update process documentation, such as flowcharts, control plans, and line technical documentation.\\\\Provide direct support to two engineers responsible for assembly lines.\\\\Participate in 3D printing activities for prototype components for projects.\\\\Support administrative activities with suppliers (shipments, material receipt, access management).\\\\Interact with local teams and U.S. counterparts.\\\\Participate in technical and project progress meetings.\\\\\\\\Requirements:\\\\\Must be an active undergraduate student (semester or quarter); graduation expected Summer 2027 or later.\\\\\Intermediate level of English proficiency required.\\\\Valid optional insurance policy.\\\\\\\Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.\\\\\\\\Desired Experience and Skills:\\\\\\Basic knowledge of 3D printing tools or processes.\\\\Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks.\\\\\\\\\&\#34;GM does not provide immigration-related support or sponsorship for this role.
