Economic and job security, with a professional career plan **Nationally Recognized Company** *with over 35 years of experience* in the **Funeral Services Sector and diversified into other business lines.** **Position Sought:** SOFOM Manager **General Purpose of the Position** To manage and supervise the SOFOM’s overall operations, ensuring proper credit granting, monitoring, and recovery, as well as regulatory, financial, and operational compliance. **Experience Required for Key Functions:** Financial Operations * Supervise credit placement processes * Validate files and authorizations * Monitor active and overdue loan portfolios * Coordinate preventive and corrective collections * Prepare financial and portfolio reports Compliance and Risk Management * Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements * Supervise document compilation and contract execution * Monitor risk and delinquency indicators * Follow up on audits and reviews Administration and Control * Coordinate operational and administrative staff * Manage the operational credit workflow * Implement process improvements * Supervise customer service and support **Required Profile** *Academic Background:* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Law, or related field. *Experience:* 3–5 years managing and supervising the overall operations of a SOFOM. *Competencies:* Operational leadership, analytical ability, negotiation skills, planning capability, results orientation, empathy, and crisis management. *Attitudes:* Ethics, discretion, emotional composure, service orientation, resilience. **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary: $35,000–$40,000 (commensurate with experience) \+ KPI-based bonuses. * Statutory benefits (direct employment by the company). * Training programs and salary increases. * Economic and job security.
