Production Validation** * Validate finished product delivery reports with support from the shift supervisor. * Confirm alignment between reports and actual production (line, machine, item code, weight, and quantity). **2\. Data Entry into R1 System** * Enter production information by 8:30 a.m. * Email document numbers to the shipping department. * Ensure recorded data matches the physical report. **3\. Daily Reports** * Prepare and submit production and waste (PNC) data to management. * Generate and deliver the following reports: * Production Report * Weight Validation Report * Production Log and Downtime Log * Finished Product Delivery Report * Machine Status Report * Auxiliary Services Log * Engineering Report **4\. Control and Filing** * Collect and categorize supervision reports by document type. * Update the “STATUS”, “AUXILIARY SERVICES LOG”, and “DOWNTIME” files. * Submit daily reports to management, engineering, and quality departments. **5\. Support and Follow-up Activities** * Notify warehouse of the number of pallets used. * Submit monthly raw material inventory reports to cost control, quality, and management. * Review pending or in-process orders in “Global Monitor” and “General Request Monitor”. * Prepare requisitions for packaging materials, pallets, stretch film, rolls, or other production-related materials. **6\.
