**JlsConsultor is seeking a Product Developer in León, Guanajuato** -------------------------------------------------------------------- * Education: TSU in Footwear Processes * **Minimum: at least 3 years of experience** ***implementing footwear production lines, preferably children's footwear.*** * Knowledge of children's, women's, or men's footwear. * Age: 28 years and older. * Excellent verifiable employment stability. * Proficiency in Office, CorelDRAW, and footwear modeling systems (preferably Romans CAD). * Knowledge of footwear materials and their applications. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the development and validation of new footwear models. * Track the creation and release of prototypes and samples. * Review and validate lasts, grading, fit, and material consumption. * Develop and update product technical specifications. * Perform material consumption calculations and support material costing. * Track the creation of patterns and tooling. * Verify the technical feasibility of models for production. * Coordinate tests and validations prior to product release. * Prepare technical documentation and process manuals. * Ensure accurate information transfer to production departments. **Knowledge required:** * Lasts and fit. * Sample collections and prototypes. * Technical specifications. * Consumption estimation and basic costing. * Footwear materials. * Patterns and tooling. **We offer:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Monthly salary: $15,000 to $18,000 MXN (net) * Statutory benefits. **Desired education level:** Upper Secondary Education **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Footwear and Leather Repair *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a14a25d5200006000c314af\&source\=indeed*
