We seek a candidate passionate about staying current with emerging technologies, tools, and applications to enhance infrastructure and process optimization. **Skills** * Team-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactive attitude. * Self-directed learner. * Service-oriented mindset. * Results-driven. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field. * AWS infrastructure expertise. * Cybersecurity knowledge. * English proficiency. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. **Job Responsibilities** * Ensure integrity, availability, and confidentiality of IT infrastructure. * Proficiency in Kubernetes (EKS and OpenShift). * Identify, manage, and resolve system and service failures or outages. * Monitor and optimize infrastructure and application performance. * Perform system, database, and server backups; conduct periodic restoration tests. * Administer and document configuration changes across systems and platforms. * Manage user account and access lifecycle. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and databases. * Automate operational processes to improve team and end-user efficiency. * Keep systems, software, and applications updated across all environments (development, testing, production). * Generate and maintain technical and operational infrastructure documentation. **Technical Knowledge Areas:** * Administration of Linux-based operating systems (CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu). * Application and infrastructure performance monitoring using APM tools such as Site24x7, AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, etc. * Creation of backups (databases, server images – AMIs) and execution of restoration tests. * AWS infrastructure management, including serverless architectures. * User account administration and access control. * Cybersecurity: security group configuration, OS patching, cipher suite management, SSL certificates, and password policies. * System failure diagnosis and resolution. * Review, analysis, and follow-up of infrastructure alerts. * Use of Docker containers for service and environment deployment. * Task automation via Bash scripting. * Vulnerability detection, analysis, and mitigation across infrastructure and applications. * Cloud environment management (AWS, MongoDB Atlas, IBM Cloud, DigitalOcean, Rackspace, etc.). * Proficiency in AWS services including EC2, ALB, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudFront, VPC, Auto Scaling, Security Groups, IAM, SES. * Reverse proxy configuration. * Database administration (DBA): configuration, backup, maintenance, and recovery. * Implementation and deployment of application environments (Alpha, Beta, Demo, Production). * Maintenance and updating of technical documentation. **Benefits** * Competitive salary. * Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding LATAM company. * Access to specialized trainings and certifications (AWS). * Innovation- and technology-focused culture in the real estate and banking sectors. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Excellent work environment. * Ongoing training and professional development.
