Seguritech Sistemas S.A. de C.V., a leading company in technological security solutions, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for its Bajío Operations area. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field (completed degree) Experience: Minimum 3 years in network and telecommunications infrastructure **REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** Network Infrastructure: * LAN, WAN, WLAN, MAN topologies * TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLAN, STP, HSRP, VRRP protocols * Configuration of manageable switches, routers, and firewalls * Implementation of VPNs, NAT, QoS, load balancing * Administration of fiber optic links and radio links Network Security: * Network segmentation and access control via ACLs * Configuration of perimeter firewalls and IDS/IPS * Log management and event monitoring Supporting Infrastructure: * Structured cabling Category 6/6A and fiber optic * Knowledge of PoE, VoIP, IP CCTV * Network services DHCP, DNS, NTP **DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS**: CCNA or CCNP, CompTIA Network+ or Security+, Fortinet NSE, HCIA or HCIP **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of technological infrastructure * Documentation of tickets in the monitoring system * Analysis and resolution of reported failures **WE OFFER** * Statutory benefits * Job stability **CONDITIONS** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Additional requirements: * Valid driver’s license * Ability to drive a standard vehicle * Availability to work at heights Location: León, Guanajuato **COMPETENCIES**: Analytical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, clear technical communication, results orientation.
