Position Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineer with experience in electrical and communications projects, handling specialized equipment, and design software. Analytical and problem-solving skills. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** Education Level: BACHELOR'S DEGREE Specialization: ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING Experience: 2 YEARS OF VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE Language: Basic to Intermediate English. \- PCYM Panel Specifications, Substations, Applicable NOMs. \- Procedures for MEM (Wholesale Electricity Market) and REI (Industrial Power Grid) Projects. \- In-depth knowledge of Cisco, SEL, Moxa, Siemens, ABB, and Fortinet equipment. \- CCNA and CCNP certifications. \- SAS Standard. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD. \- Routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, IGRP, IS\-IS, OSPF. \- Proficiency with test equipment: PROTOCOL 9 AND 10 FIBER OPTIC AND COPPER, OTDR, FTB400, FTB300, JDSU. \- Proficiency with Omicron and power supply units. \- Preparation of panel and field wiring diagrams. \- Intermediate proficiency in electrical design software: EPLANT. \- Design of Medium and Low Voltage installations (Engineering, calculation memos, material lists). \- Routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, IGRP, IS\-IS, OSPF. \- Management protocols: QoS, CBWFQ, WRED, PBR, PfR, NBAR. \- IPv4\-IPv6 communication protocols. \- Experience in Single-Mode (SM) and Multi-Mode (MM) Fiber Optic projects. \- General Cisco equipment configuration. \- Operation and configuration of communication and control equipment: CISCO, SEL, SIEMENS, PULL NET, FORTINET. \- Thorough understanding of the Manual for Connection and Interconnection of Power Plants and Load Centers. \- Extensive fieldwork experience including cable laying, testing, and installation of Medium and High Voltage equipment (Metal-Clad, Disconnectors, Compact Metering Units, Surge Arresters, Potential Transformers (TPs), Current Transformers (TCs), Power Transformers, Compact/Substation/Pedestal Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Insulated Busbars, etc.). \- Estimation processing. \- **Standard vehicle operation.** \- Analytical and problem-solving skills. \- Work distribution: 80% office-based, 20% fieldwork (surveys, project site reconnaissance, work meetings). Requirements: Driver's license (ability to operate standard vehicles). Professional license and degree certificate (minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar position).
