




We are looking for: A candidate for the position of On-site Support Engineer and Cloud Adoption in León, Guanajuato, Mexico. Position Purpose: Ensure operational continuity and end-user satisfaction through efficient on-site and remote technical support (L1). Simultaneously, actively grow and take on increasing responsibilities in the administration, implementation, and support of Modern Workplace platforms (Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams), serving as a key bridge between traditional support and cloud adoption. Main Responsibilities (On-site Support) * Resolve Incidents: Address and resolve daily hardware (laptops, printers) and software (Windows, Office) issues for users, both in person and remotely. * Prepare Equipment: Set up and install new computers for employees (imaging, application installation). * Account Management (Local): Manage users in local Active Directory (create accounts, reset passwords, permissions). * Connectivity: Troubleshoot basic network, Wi\-Fi, and VPN issues. * Inventory: Maintain control over computing equipment and licenses.
