**Job Description** ------------------- What does the job entail? * Execute shift startup activities * Review line status with LET * Perform SPQRCE star point activities * Participate in integration meetings/BPD * Receive training based on Versatility Chart and DNE * Respond to Andon calls * Provide support for execution of Escalated Audit * Support preparation of MST or PRETASK * Participate in continuous improvement activities * Record activities in TPM and/or SIBIMA formats * Report safety conditions * Execute maintenance work orders * Perform and record unscheduled maintenance * Handle and identify spare parts * Execute WPO activities * Material identification * Proactive maintenance activities * Support RCM activities * Mirror Review Skills * Minimum education: Technical degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Industrial Mechanics or related field focused on industrial process maintenance. * Extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems including electricity and electronics (PLC, HMI), controls and instrumentation, mechanical drives, pneumatics, hydraulics. * Knowledge of sequenced processes and diagnostic capability through observation and analysis. * General knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance * Experience: Desirable * Availability for rotating shifts * Focus on non-cyclical work * Focus on Quality and safety * Oral, sign language and/or written communication skills * Teamwork * Proactivity with high manual dexterity and attention to detail. * Good physical endurance and coordination. May be required to stand and/or walk for long periods during the day while frequently bending, turning, leaning and reaching. Periodic lifting up to 15kg may be required.
