**Responsibilities:**
The project scope will be based on, but not limited to, creating a system that enables us to accelerate and modernize administrative processes in the Quality area, including receipt handling, workflow generation, and custom apps that help simplify workflows and support paperless initiatives; optimize existing databases; and generate automated reports to help identify trends and patterns for problem resolution and cost-reduction projects due to SCRAP **.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Learn and document current Quality department processes, beginning with shop-floor work during the first few weeks to gain firsthand understanding of actual operations.
* Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
* Design and develop automation solutions using **Power Apps and Power Platform**.
* Create digital records and tools for operational data control and tracking.
* Ensure developed automations are easy to maintain, scale, and reuse by other users.
* Collaborate with various departments to gather information, validate processes, and ensure proper adoption of new tools.
* Train and guide end users on appropriate usage of developed automations.
* Document implemented solutions and their process flows.
**Requirements:**
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate academic program (semester or quarter); graduation expected in **December 2026 or later**
* Intermediate level of English proficiency
* Valid optional insurance coverage
**Field of Study:** Data Analytics Engineering, Computer Systems, Industrial Engineering, Software Development, or related field.
**Desired Experience and Skills:**
* Power Apps, Microsoft 365, Advanced Excel, Analytical mindset, Continuous improvement orientation
