Job Description We are looking for an IT Technical Support Intern with a technical focus, proactive attitude, and passion for user support, who is interested in growing within the technology and digital solutions field. Required Profile: • Student, recent graduate, or degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. • Interest in developing a career in technical support. • Service-oriented attitude and user-focused communication. • Proactive and eager to learn. • Ability to resolve basic technical issues. • Teamwork skills and effective communication. • Full-time availability. Desired Knowledge: • Basic knowledge of technical support for computer equipment. • Basic software installation and configuration. • Proficiency with operating systems (primarily Windows). • Basic networking knowledge (internet, cabling, connectivity). • Basic hardware troubleshooting. • Basic use of maintenance tools (preferred) Support Activities: • Assisting with computer equipment installation and configuration. • Providing basic technical support to users. • Initial review and diagnosis of technical issues. • Assisting with network and cabling installation. • Performing basic preventive maintenance. • Recording and tracking incidents.
