If you have experience in customer service or telephone sales, this opportunity is for you! ***Job Objective:*** Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services, generate sales, provide commercial follow-up, and enhance customer service, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company’s business goals. ***Requirements:*** * Completed high school education or technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service. * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Basic proficiency in Excel and computer use. * Results-oriented mindset. * Excellent service attitude. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Conduct prospecting and follow-up calls. * Provide customer service via telephone and digital channels. * Prepare quotations and track sales. * Enter and update information in the system. * Recover and follow up on customer accounts. * Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets. * Route internal requests to relevant departments. * Prepare commercial reports. ***We Offer:*** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Meal vouchers * Major medical expense insurance * Additional days beyond statutory requirements for year-end bonus (aguinaldo) and federal holidays * Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00 hrs.; Friday, 9:00–17:00 hrs. * Important: Candidates must have their own transportation (the company is located on the highway exit toward Lagos de Moreno, along Campiña Avenue) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,481.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
