We are looking for an enthusiastic **NPI Intern** to join our team and support the development and implementation of new product introduction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic environment. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support in planning and coordinating activities for NPI projects. * Collaborate in documentation and data capture within project management systems. * Assist engineering and operations teams to ensure timely execution of tasks. * Help identify risks and improvement opportunities during project phases. * Prepare reports and presentations on project progress. ### **Requirements** * Active student pursuing a degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Full-time availability: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs. * Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management. * Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software (desirable). * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. ### **We Offer** * Practical experience in NPI projects within a global manufacturing environment. * Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals. * Opportunity to develop technical and soft skills.
