




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for an administrative and Human Resources role, managing personnel, recruitment, general administration, and internal controls in an SME. Key Highlights: 1. Manages recruitment and personnel administration. 2. Supports general administration and document control. 3. Provides support for the QMS and prepares HR reports. **1\. Required Profile** \-Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field. \-Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative and/or HR roles within small or medium-sized enterprises. \-Knowledge: Basic recruitment, payroll and incident control, personnel administration, filing, and administrative processes. \-Software proficiency: Intermediate Excel; payroll systems preferred; basic ERP usage. **2\. Job Responsibilities** *A. Human Resources (Primary Responsibilities)* * Recruitment management (job posting, candidate screening, initial interviews). * Management of personnel files, contracts, renewals, and employment documentation. * Attendance, vacation, disability, and incident administration. * Support in preliminary payroll calculation (final payroll processing may remain with an external firm or treasury department). * Coordination of employee onboarding and offboarding. * Performance tracking and quarterly or semiannual evaluations. * Internal communication and support for workplace climate initiatives. * Coordination of training programs, DC-3 forms, and basic STPS compliance. *B. General Administration* * Stationery, supplies, and general administrative support. * Management of service providers: maintenance, insurance, cleaning, IT, etc. * Physical and digital file management. * Support during internal or external audits (SAT, IMSS, etc.). * Tracking of license and registration procedures at IMPI, STPS, and IMSS. * Documentation and administrative control of IMSS enrollments and cancellations. * Provision of documentary support to the General Management, Accounting, and Treasury departments upon request (without performing their functions). *C. Internal Controls* * QMS support (implementation of formats, policies, and procedures). * Ensuring traceability and order in HR processes. * Preparation of basic monthly reports: turnover, incidents, HR indicators.
