Record the acquisition, disposal, and transfer of fixed assets, seized or obsolete goods, as well as conduct physical inventory, to ensure proper control. 5. Enter data into institutional accounting systems (e.g., adding or removing suppliers, accounts, signatures) to maintain accurate and timely information. 6. Address inquiries related to accounting and taxation. 7. Prepare corresponding checks and journal entries to control the institution's financial transactions. 8. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payment of the company's financial obligations.
