Logistics Deputy Director

**VI.-RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide customer service at all times, as well as resolve complaints and claims Develop traffic expansion strategies within national and international territories Analyze routes to provide solutions for optimizing resources, costs, and delivery times Lead the traffic team to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness Analyze costs and routes for resource optimization Meet with clients to negotiate rates, together with the sales department for clients and suppliers Travel to Guadalajara, Manzanillo, and any other locations where Q de México operates nationwide Maintain close and constant communication with suppliers and customers Ensure customer satisfaction of at least 85% Ensure compliance with storage and safety procedures Maintain communication with other departments regarding updates on rates, routes, clients, and suppliers (Sales and Administration) Solve problems that arise during transportation routes Promote teamwork among staff Report monthly results to management Train personnel on logistics processes and regulations Coordinate shifts and workloads together with the traffic coordinator Ensure the logistics process is completed on time and correctly Use Nonix logistics management software Implement digital tools to improve shipment traceability Analyze logistics data to support strategic decision-making Review status jointly with the traffic coordinator to track daily goal progress Comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements according to traffic processes, as well as CTPAT and OEA We are seeking a leader with **strong personal and managerial skills**, including: * Strategic thinking * Effective communication and negotiation with clients, suppliers, operators, and team members * Organization and time management * Results orientation * Problem-solving under pressure * Ability to lead and work in a team * Performance evaluation and effective workload distribution This position requires active participation in key decisions, interdepartmental coordination, operational and strategic leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement.
