REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, or related field
* Advanced English proficiency
* Familiarity with quality management systems and supplier audits; proficient in office software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
* Market research skills, analytical skills, and interpersonal communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1\. Responsible for achieving purchasing objectives and plans;
2\. Assist the manager in controlling the procurement process and provide optimization suggestions;
3\. Responsible for analyzing supplier market information, timely collecting relevant data, and determining short- and long-term suppliers and supply channels;
4\. Responsible for drafting, executing, and monitoring purchase contracts, as well as tracking and controlling delivery dates of purchased items;
5\. Responsible for tracking product arrival at the warehouse; handling post-arrival processing when product quality is internally deemed non-conforming.
6\. Responsible for managing supplier returns, exchanges, and general compensation matters;
7\. Support calculation of monthly PMC material usage.
8\. Supplier development, periodic evaluation, and development of alternative resources;
9\. Responsible for implementing and promoting cost-reduction plans and targets;
10\. Responsible for organizing and archiving purchase contracts and preparing customer audit documentation;
11\. Maintain purchase records, purchase contracts, and supplier information;
12\. Prepare a monthly purchasing summary and provide relevant information according to each department’s needs;
13\. Responsible for developing payment plans for key suppliers.
14\. Assist the Engineering Department in preliminary supplier development for tooling equipment.
15\. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors;
