* Compliance with production plans according to priorities. * Compliance and execution of daily production orders according to the purchase order; if this information is not available, CEO approval signature is required. * Channel any assistance or support needed during the production process. * Responsible for coordinating machinery resources to meet MXPP product demand, considering production needs and priorities. * Notify any incident or risk of failing to meet production targets, and take corrective actions to ensure fulfillment. * Coordinate with the Quality Inspector on the completion of non-conforming product logs and hour-by-hour records. * Release production after first-piece inspection (obtain engineering approval signature for first-piece release of new products). * Responsible for returning the master piece to the engineering department. * Verify correct completion of operator documentation (hour-by-hour reports, production orders, criteria and parameters sheets). * Report and follow up daily on productivity and scrap percentages, informing operators of these results, including the finishing area. * Calculate the total scrap percentage of the production order upon completion of any product. * Archive production orders after manufacturing is completed, and return criteria and parameters sheets to engineering. * Verify the correct flow of production orders. * Daily reporting of finished parts list from finishing. * Jointly responsible with warehouse personnel for control and updating of the Mold Catalog. * Follow up with the Quality Inspector on the daily posting of production indicators (daily and weekly targets) and delivery dates on the plant dashboard. * Plan human talent and material resources for manufacturing customer-requested parts according to committed delivery dates. * Meetings with warehouse staff to plan deliveries. * Organize and schedule production based on available workforce and machinery capacity. * Notify logistics when production is packaged and ready for shipment. * Manage team development and personnel growth within the workgroup. * Inform assigned personnel about requirements, use of personal protective equipment, workplace safety, order, and cleanliness. * Ensure planning of raw material purchases with Operations/Administrative Management for project-based production; purchase requisitions must be submitted for requirements exceeding 25 kg following the procurement procedure. * Assign or reassign machinery during production runs.
