**Requirements**
* Technician in tanning or related field (preferred)
* Minimum education level: junior high school
**Responsibilities**
* Assemble the development folder and validate the development jointly with Quality and the customer to define next steps.
* Once development is approved, submit the formula and routine to Engineering for mass production, with customer validation.
* Monitor developments both in drums (laboratory) and during process execution and operations.
* Maintain control and inventory of chemicals used in the laboratory.
* Proper segregation of waste **MPA Monitoring and Execution**
* Appropriate use of PPE.
