POSITION: BARTENDER ASSISTANT FUNCTIONS: * Conduct initial inventory by recording beverages (soft drinks, beers, and water) and comparing against the closing inventory. * Restock the bar with products specified in the requisition. * Prepare cocktails and beverages according to daily demand, strictly following Grupo Argentilia’s recipes. * Mix beverages as per received orders. * Maintain and complete the logbook documenting container destruction during service.
