You will serve as the bridge between our technology and our customers’ success—responsible for both continuously improving our C# applications and delivering specialized technical support to users of our tools. Main Responsibilities Development and Maintenance: Perform bug fixes and minor enhancements on existing applications using C#. Data Management: Execute and optimize SQL queries for report generation, database inconsistency correction, and operational process support. Technical Support: Handle customer support tickets remotely or in person, explaining technical solutions clearly and courteously. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date knowledge bases and user manuals to reduce recurring incidents. Technical Requirements Education: Recently graduated or in final semesters of a degree program in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Programming Languages: Solid knowledge of C# (.NET). Databases: Experience with SQL Server or MySQL (queries, joins, basic stored procedures).
