




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage payroll, recruitment, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on staff development and team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and development of operational staff Main Responsibilities: Weekly payroll administration, including incident handling, e-invoicing via Nomipaq, and timely disbursement. Registration and termination of employees in IDSE, ensuring IMSS compliance. Experience in recruitment strategies. Internal and external follow-up for employee onboarding and offboarding. Integration and validation of hiring files (employment contracts, legal documents, checklists to ensure zero omissions). Calculation of severance payments and variable benefits. Regulatory compliance: STPS, NOM-035 (work-related stress), occupational safety and hygiene at construction sites. Implementation of training and development programs for operational staff. Monitoring of the monthly hiring plan. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or industries with large-scale operational payroll. Proficiency in Nomipaq, IDSE, advanced Excel, and HR software. Experience leading teams (minimum 4 people, including field/construction site personnel). Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT). Skills: Leadership, organization, conflict resolution, results orientation. Willingness to visit construction sites periodically. We Offer: Monthly base salary * pesos + statutory benefits.
