





**What You’ll Do** * Handle inbound/outbound communication with customers, partners, and providers via phone, text, email, and live chat * Manage appointment scheduling and assignments through the platform * Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary * Accurately update appointment records and notes * Coordinate with the internal team on Slack **✅ Must\-Haves** * Fluent English (written and spoken) — daily calls and emails * Reliable internet and a quiet workspace * Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms (OpenPhone, Gmail, Slack, internal portal) * Fast learner with new systems * Availability to work US business hours (Pacific or Eastern overlap preferred) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
