These activities include, but are not limited to, customer support, plant and functional group support on scrap reduction projects, warranty issues, OEE-related problems, evaluation of cost reduction ideas, procurement support on changes and supplier development, part communication, implementation of cost-saving and value-increasing projects. **Knowledge:** Interpretation of drawings, 3D design packages, geometric tolerances, mechanical component design, tolerance analysis, validation plans, material properties, manufacturing processes, AIAG Core Tools, knowledge of VA/VE, problem-solving expertise. **Experience:** Work experience in similar positions. Analytical ability, planning skills, understanding of engineering concepts and design principles. Proficiency in computer software, organizational and communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. German is considered a plus. Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools. NX and/or CATIA preferred. Experience in project management and/or product launches.
