Proficiency in software such as LEAN CONSTRUCTION / BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp **Position Objective** Coordinate and manage the development of high-impact architectural and urban executive projects, ensuring proper technical integration, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and constructability. **Candidate Profile — Education** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (MANDATORY) * Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or Project Management is desirable. **Required Experience** * 6–10 years of experience in executive project development. * Experience in **coordinating high-impact architectural projects**, including: * mass housing * urban developments * industrial warehouses / offices / commercial projects * Experience coordinating engineering disciplines: * structural * mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) * site development / urban infrastructure * Experience in projects for public or private sectors. **Essential Software** * LEAN CONSTRUCTION / BIM * Advanced AutoCAD * Revit / BIM * SketchUp / Lumion * OPUS or similar for unit pricing * Project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Monday, etc.) **Competencies** * Multidisciplinary coordination * Project planning * Architectural + construction-oriented vision * Negotiation with suppliers and engineering firms * Organization and progress tracking * Communication with clients and senior management Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $32,300.00 – $40,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
