Position Summary Supervise, coordinate, and control the activities of production personnel to ensure compliance with the company's manufacturing programs, guaranteeing product quality, efficient use of resources, and compliance with industrial safety standards. Primary responsabilities * Monitor compliance with the daily/weekly production plan. * Distribute tasks to operating personnel according to workloads and team capacities. * Ensure the correct allocation of resources (materials, tools, and machinery). * Verify that the manufacturing processes for reclosers and disconnectors are carried out according to plans, technical procedures, and quality standards. * Ensure that cycle times are met without compromising quality. * Monitor key production indicators (KPIs): efficiency, productivity, waste, etc. * Supervise the technical and operational personnel assigned to the production line or area. * Promote a culture of teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement. Requirements * Education: Electrical or electronic engineer. * Experience: 4\+ years in a similar position desirable. * Conversational English * Use of ERP (Oracle is a plus) * Application of quality tools. * Knowledge: * Assembly practice for disconnectors and reclosers. * Use of various types of tools. * Basic knowledge of the LFT. * Use of Microsoft Office. * Use of an ERP. * Use of email. * Techniques for communication and problem solving.
