If not, implement containment actions, discard defective material, or prepare it for reinsertion. Implement quality alerts, maintain clean points, and coordinate with other departments to ensure both manufacturing process and final product quality. **Qualifications** 1\. Analyze suspect products (electronic, statistical, process-related, etc.) according to test and/or quality specifications using analytical tools and equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, microscope, X-ray, problem-solving methodology, etc.). 2\. Identify the root cause of product failures. 3\. Record and monitor key indicators such as: “on hold” material, scrap, first-pass yield (FPY), customer complaints, and internal complaints. 4\. Prepare and reintroduce conforming parts into the corresponding production process. 5\. Create and revise internal documentation (e.g., visual aids, quality criteria, reaction plans, early warning systems [EWS], quality alerts, etc.). 6\. Knowledge of and familiarity with production processes (functional testing, mechanical processes, traceability systems). 7\. Notify and establish agreements with multidisciplinary teams to resolve product/process quality issues. 8\. Propose process improvement ideas. 9\. Participate in and lead problem-solving teams. 10\. Report scrap in SAP and block material in this system when halting is required due to suspected non-conforming material. 11\. Identify suspect material according to color-coding standards. 12\. Promote and support the Bosch Production System (BPS), Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), implementation of policies, and TEAMWORK. 13\. Responsible for knowing and applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies in accordance with—but not limited to: • Working in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and/or corporate requirements. • Adhering to applicable HSE procedures in your work area.
