




Ensure the daily field execution of the **Project** tool inventory in accordance with the work plan, safety (HSE) standards, and defined quality criteria. Responsible for operational coordination with the client and other involved areas, maintaining the pace and coverage of field surveys, and guaranteeing that on-site collected information is reliable and verifiable, contributing to meeting project scope, time, and quality objectives. **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate daily start-up and close-out of field activities, ensuring the team complies with the client's established safety, access, and operational guidelines. * Assign zones, cabinets, and work fronts to Inventory Technicians, verifying compliance with the daily coverage plan and adjusting distribution when necessary. * Perform quality validations (spot checks) on field-collected records (technical data, photos, location), identifying errors or omissions, and managing immediate corrections with the team. * Manage daily coordination with the client’s counterpart and other related departments (access, custodians, permits, work windows). * Record and report operational incidents, unsafe conditions, access restrictions, and any deviations affecting schedule or scope, escalating to the PM as required. * Directly support physical survey tasks in case of potential delays, serving as a backup resource to meet the work plan. * Deliver daily progress reports.
