Description
Main responsibilities:
* Executive calendar management and scheduling.
* Timely follow-up on pending items, meetings, and projects.
* Preparation of reports, presentations, and executive documents.
* Client, supplier, and commercial partner communication and follow-up.
* Coordination of in-person and virtual meetings.
* Travel organization, reservations, and executive logistics.
* Cross-departmental coordination: HR, Administration, Marketing, and Executive Management.
* Quotation, contract, payment, and billing follow-up.
* Meeting minutes preparation and action item tracking.
* Strategic task management and prioritization for executive leadership.
Required profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Public Relations, Communications, Corporate Management, or related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in executive or administrative assistance.
* Professional executive appearance.
* High level of organizational and follow-up skills.
* Problem-solving ability and proactive anticipation of needs.
* Professional communication skills and excellent spelling.
* Confidential handling of sensitive information.
Tools and knowledge:
* Intermediate Excel.
* PowerPoint / Canva.
* Google Workspace.
* Calendar and email management.
* WhatsApp Business.
* CRM and administrative platform experience is desirable.

Salary: $9,500.00 – $10,000.00 per month
