Primary job objective Recruit, attract, and select operational and labor personnel for our plants, ensuring achievement of coverage metrics and hiring timelines, while also supporting administrative and Human Resources activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. * Proven experience in mass recruitment of operational and labor personnel. * Proficiency in recruitment metrics (vacancy coverage, average time-to-hire, source effectiveness). * Knowledge and experience using job boards, social media, and field recruitment. * Flexible availability to accommodate varying work hours. * ***Standard vehicle operation (preferred, for plant visits)***. **Knowledge and Skills** * Posting and screening candidates across multiple platforms. * Conducting large-scale and in-person interviews. * Assembling and validating personnel files. * Onboarding and orientation of operational staff. * Managing and distributing uniforms / PPE. * Preparing reports in Excel and Word. * Working under pressure and meeting clearly defined goals. * Supporting internal HR department projects. **We Offer** * Base salary: MXN $10,000 per month. * Statutory benefits. * Annual uniforms. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus some Saturdays. * Work location: **5 minutes past the Pyramid on Blvd. Aztecas, in Jardines de Santa Clara, Ecatepec.** * Job stability and career development opportunities.
