Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support basic food preparation, organize supplies, and maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Following the chef's instructions to ensure efficiency **Location:** Guadalupe, Zacatecas **Job Description:** Due to an upcoming opening, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting with basic food preparation, organizing supplies, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist with basic ingredient preparation (“mise en place”) * Prepare and organize necessary supplies for service * Clean and maintain order in the work area * Assist with inventory control (FIFO system) * Follow the chef's instructions to ensure kitchen area efficiency and productivity **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Secondary school * Experience: Minimum 6 months * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling * Familiarity with the FIFO system * Ability to work under pressure * Knowledge of Mexican and/or Asian cuisine (preferred) * Service-oriented attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn **We Offer:** * Competitive monthly salary plus tips * Full-time position * Rotating shifts (48 hours per week) * One day off per week Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $9,452.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
