




**Position Purpose:** To be the primary point of contact and liaison between the company and customers, providing high-quality service and follow-up throughout all stages of the sales process, from initial guidance to after-sales support. Ensure effective communication, coordinate visits and projects, manage inquiries, complaints and deliveries, and guarantee that customer needs are addressed promptly and satisfactorily, contributing to the smooth operation of related departments. **Responsibilities and tasks:** \-Receiving and routing inquiries. \-Initial guidance and advisory. \-Coordination and follow-up of visits and presentations. \-Updating and tracking projects. \-Handling complaints, claims, and suggestions. \-After-sales process and delivery. **\-**Document and report generation. \-Training and updates on projects and processes. \-Supervision of maintenance and cleaning staff. **Education:** High school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete higher education. **Experience:** Sales experience (preferably in the construction sector). **Skills and competencies:** Honesty, Integrity, Teamwork, Communication, Time management. **Schedule:** Tuesday to Sunday from 02:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m. Type of position: Full-time Salary: $8,500.00 \- $9,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
