Maintain and monitor the productivity of field crews (Fiber Optic Installation Technicians and Assistants) Troubleshooting Auditing installers and/or assistants Validation/Preparation of reports Field operation strategies Inspection of cabling, pole mounting, and cable crimping both underground and at heights Ensure complete customer satisfaction and verify that services are performed according to company standards and guidelines Main responsibilities include verifying that crews arrive at sites on scheduled time, conducting field visits to crews, providing support for additional equipment supply beyond contract scope, and monitoring crew productivity. Experience as an installation assistant in Fiber Optic installations / OTDR / FTTH / GPON in inside and outside plant environments.
