Join our team. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Safely execute operations by supervising personnel, equipment, and facilities, ensuring optimal operational performance and timely achievement of production targets with maximum quality. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Completed technical degree or higher Experience: Minimum one year in a similar position **SKILLS:** Compliance with regulations Results-oriented mindset Effective communication Negotiation Decision-making Planning and organization Leadership **KNOWLEDGE:** Control processes, production systems, manufacturing practices, press operation, and rewinder machine handling **FUNCTIONS/ACTIVITIES:** * Coordinate all activities related to operations and equipment/tool maintenance, safeguarding employee and workplace integrity while ensuring proper usage. * Establish, follow, and manage procedures, policies, work instructions, and good operational practice standards. * Promote and implement safe execution of the operations plan and schedule production accordingly. * Supervise and coordinate the execution of activities and procedures by assigned personnel. * Prepare manufacturing sheets for presses and rewinders, as well as create new codes or modify existing ones. * Supervise label design and specifications for production. * Strictly comply with established procedures to guarantee finished product quality. * Promote correct and rational use of required input materials in the process. * Generate operational reports, identifying key operational highlights. * Evaluate assigned personnel, including occasional support staff from other areas. * Train personnel and update technical information. **WE OFFER:** \-Growth opportunities \-Weekly pay \-Statutory and above-statutory benefits (Savings fund, life insurance, major medical expense insurance, uniforms, subsidized cafeteria) \-Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $11,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
