




Manufacturing and distribution company of cleaning products, due to expansion, is seeking: **Labor Relations Coordinator** **Responsibilities:** * Lead hiring processes, employee development, and staff growth. * Weekly payroll control. * Conduct employee onboarding and assist in planning training and development. * Provide support to employees on various human resources-related matters such as leave requests, incidents, and compensation. * Carry out smooth terminations while safeguarding the integrity of both parties. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Extensive knowledge of human resources functions, including hiring, onboarding, and employee separation. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Knowledge in implementing, supervising, and enforcing policies, regulations, values, and code of ethics. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a team and lead projects. * Problem-solving ability with quick resolution. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, or related fields. * Previous experience in a similar position (minimum 2 years). * Advanced knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Availability to work full-time. * No transportation constraints to the area near *Mercado de Abastos Estrella*.
