Position Summary: Grupo Arcondec is seeking an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to coordinate and supervise low- and medium-voltage electrical construction projects, ensuring technical compliance, safety, and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise industrial electrical installations and coordinate personnel. 2. Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports. 3. Manage resources and ensure compliance with electrical standards. **Location:** Cumbres 2do Sector Neighborhood, Monterrey, N.L. **Work Mode:** On-site \| Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Salary Range:** $22,000 – $25,000 MXN per month, net. **Job Description** Grupo Arcondec is seeking an *Electrical Engineering Supervisor* to coordinate and supervise low- and medium-voltage electrical construction projects, ensuring technical compliance, safety, and quality on every project. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the execution of industrial electrical installations in accordance with drawings and specifications. * Coordinate operational staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and safety regulations. * Monitor physical and financial project progress. * Prepare technical reports, estimates, generators, and site logs. * Manage materials, equipment, and resources required for execution. * Ensure compliance with electrical and quality standards. **Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience supervising industrial electrical construction projects. * Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage installations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD; CivilCAD or ETAP preferred. * Familiarity with electrical standards and industrial safety. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Continuous training and growth opportunities. * Major medical expense insurance. * Job stability and consistent projects.
