Opportunity for professional growth MELTER IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT: **HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR** **Position Objective:** Coordinate and execute key Human Resources processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and proper personnel administration to maintain an orderly, safe, and continuously improving work environment. \+ 3 years of experience in a similar position within commercial enterprises: metal-mechanical, manufacturing, or automotive. Education: Bachelor’s degree or related field. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the control and analysis of personnel indicators: turnover, absenteeism, incidents, disciplinary actions. * Coordinate activities and documentation necessary to maintain a healthy relationship with the labor union. * Support preparation of reports and information for reviews, meetings, and audits. * Promote a culture of order, discipline, compliance with regulations, and safety. * Implement preventive actions to reduce accidents, incidents, thefts, losses, and operational risks. * Coordinate the updating, dissemination, and enforcement of labor procedures and SHyMA (Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Management). * Monitor security patrols, surveillance reports, emergency response times, among others. * Supervise the implementation of Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental controls. * Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives related to personnel and internal services (common areas). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Labor relations and conflict management. * Interpretation of the Internal Work Regulations (RIT) and internal policies. * HR indicators: turnover, absenteeism, workplace climate, and performance. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Regulations regarding safety and hygiene. **WE OFFER BENEFITS EXCEEDING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS** **OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday * Apodaca, N.L. area.
